Do you charge for shipping? We do not. All orders placed within the United States receive complimentary standard delivery. We do not require a minimum spend to qualify for this zero-cost shipping benefit.
What is the expected delivery timeframe? Once your order leaves our fulfillment centers (China, US warehouse), you can expect it to arrive in 2 to 3 business days (operating Monday through Friday). A tracking URL will be provided to you immediately upon shipment.
Do you offer international shipping? At this time, our deliveries are restricted to the United States. We are focused on delivering top-tier service domestically, but we will definitely notify our customers if international shipping becomes available in the future.
How does your return process work? You have a 120-day window from the date of delivery to send merchandise back to us. To qualify, items must remain in their initial state—completely unworn and unwashed. Buyers are responsible for covering any return postage fees. When will I receive my refund? Once we have accepted and inspected your returned goods, we will issue your refund within a 10-business-day timeframe. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a little extra time for the funds to reflect in your account.
Is it possible to make an exchange? Absolutely. Should you require an alternate size or a new design, simply state this preference when emailing us about your return, and our team will guide you through the exchange procedure.
Which payment providers do you accept? Customers may complete their purchases using Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, Mastercard, or Visa. Every transaction utilizes strict encryption to guarantee security.

Vessluxe incorporates encrypted checkout systems and never retains your billing details on file. We also ensure the careful, secure management of your data when working with our promotional channels (Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads).
What if my package never arrived? Please review your provided tracking information first. If your package remains undelivered after 8 business days, reach out to info@shoplaricci.com so we can promptly look into the issue.
Am I able to modify or cancel a recent purchase? Adjustments or cancellations can potentially be accommodated as long as the package has not left our facility. Please reach out to us immediately following your purchase so we can attempt to process your request.
